Why Rockbridge Recovery?

How We Help
The services we provide are aimed at reducing the stigma that often prevents people from getting help. We provide peer recovery support services and promote a positive culture of recovery from substance use disorders and other addictive behaviors.

Who We Are
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, peer-run organization that serves residents of Rockbridge County. We provide free services to the community, such as support groups, one-on-one peer sessions, and harm reduction, as well as operate a men's sober living house.

Our Staff
Peer Recovery Specialists (PRS) are
self-identified persons with lived experiences overcoming mental health, substance use and/or trauma-related challenges. They have been trained to support and mentor those who struggle similar challenges.
Recovery is a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential.
