Monday at 5:30 pm: Family & Friends Support
F&F Support is a peer-led group for any adult who has a loved one experiencing substance use and mental health challenges. This is an opportunity to gain insight from the challenges and successes of others who are navigating similar experiences.
Tuesday at 6:30 pm: REAL LIFE Group
Recovery from Everyday Addictive Lifestyles is a trauma-informed curriculum that utilizes social learning models and cognitive-behavioral interventions. Its primary goal is to help participants restructure and reframe destructive thought patterns while developing healthy coping skills. Our group focuses on facilitating long-term change, enabling participants to understand, apply, and establish lasting positive transformations in their lives. *Hybrid option is available for this meeting.

Wednesday at 5 pm: SMART Recovery VIRTUALLY
SMART Recovery is the leading, evidence-informed approach to overcoming addictive behaviors and leading a balanced life. SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. It emphasizes self-empowerment and helps participants discover the root of the addictive behavior and ways to overcome it.

Wednesday at 6:30 pm: Peer Support
This group utilizes an open discussion format and provides a healthy, safe environment for individuals to confidently express themselves without judgement. *Hybrid option is available for this meeting.

Thursday at 6:30 pm: NA: The Way Back
A non-judgmental meeting designed to meet you wherever you are in your recovery journey. This is an opportunity to find connections with others in recovery and learn more about the 12-Step program.
Friday at 5:30 pm: APPR Group *Taking referrals for the group starting in May 2026
Action Planning for Prevention and Recovery is an 8 week educational initiative group focused on self-care and recovery. It is designed to equip adults facing mental health and/or substance use challenges with self-help concepts, skills, and strategies. Our primary goal is to foster wellness, stability, recovery, and overall life transformation for participants.
Saturday at 9:00 am: SMART Recovery for Youth *1st and 3rd Saturday of the month
A support group geared towards teens that utilizes the SMART Recovery curriculum. This approach focuses on overcoming addictive behaviors and leading a balanced life by emphasizing self-empowerment. The group helps teens discover the root causes of their behaviors and provides them with effective strategies to overcome them.

We offer a variety of transportation services to our clients, including to and from our services, as well as to inpatient facilities, sober living housing, Maury River Recovery Court hearings, and probation appointments.
Transportation must be scheduled in advance by calling (540) 572-2312 and selecting option 0.
