No prior notice is necessary to attend groups. Feel free to show up!
All groups are free and dinner is provided.

Monday at 5:30 pm: Family & Friends Support
F&F Support is a peer-led group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced substance use and/or a mental health condition. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences.
Tuesday at 5:30 pm: Veterans Support
This is a veteran peer-led group that is designed to address the needs of veterans by providing a relaxed and confidential environment to share post military and transitional experiences with other veterans. We ask all participants to verify their veteran status, and we can assist with that before or after the first group in which a participant attends.
Tuesday at 7:00 pm: REAL LIFE Group
Recovery from Everyday Addictive Lifestyles is a trauma-informed curriculum that utilizes social learning models and cognitive-behavioral interventions. Its primary goal is to help participants restructure and reframe destructive thought patterns while developing healthy coping skills. Our group focuses on facilitating long-term change, enabling participants to understand, apply, and establish lasting positive transformations in their lives.
Wednesday at 7 pm: SMART Recovery
SMART Recovery is the leading, evidence-informed approach to overcoming addictive behaviors and leading a balanced life. SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. It emphasizes self-empowerment and helps participants discover the root of the addictive behavior and ways to overcome it.
Thursday at 7 pm: Peer Support
This group utilizes an open discussion format and provides a healthy, safe environment for individuals to confidently express themselves without judgement.
Friday at 5:30 pm: APPR Group
Action Planning for Prevention and Recovery is an educational initiative focused on self-care and recovery. It is designed to equip adults facing mental health and/or substance use challenges with self-help concepts, skills, and strategies. Our primary goal is to foster wellness, stability, recovery, and overall life transformation for participants.

We offer a variety of transportation services to our clients, including to and from our services, as well as to inpatient facilities, psychiatric and counseling appointments, and court and probation appointments.
