F&F Support is a peer-led group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced substance use and/or a mental health condition. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences.
Tuesday at 7 pm: Grief Support
Grief Support provides a safe and comfortable space to grieve. This can be grief from losing a loved one or a loss of self. There is no time limit on healing from loss, and we are here to support, listen and empathize. The main goal for this group is to assist in the grieving process.
Wednesday at 7 pm: SMART Recovery
SMART Recovery is the leading, evidence-informed approach to overcoming addictive behaviors and leading a balanced life. SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. It emphasizes self-empowerment and helps participants discover the root of the addictive behavior and ways to overcome it.
Thursday at 7 pm: Peer Support
This group utilizes an open discussion format and provides a healthy, safe environment for individuals to confidently express themselves without judgement.
Friday at 5:30 pm: Veterans Support
This is a veteran peer-led group that is designed to address the needs of veterans by providing a relaxed and confidential environment to share post military and transitional experiences with other veterans. We ask all participants to verify their veteran status, and we can assist with that before or after the first group in which a participant attends.
